Twelve month or Academic year agreement
A
$500.00 Holding Fee applies to all apartments when a student wishes to
book a room. The Holding Fee becomes part of the Bond. The Bond is
refunded to the student upon completion of their Accommodation
Agreement and satisfactory inspection of the apartment and room.
For
a second person sharing the one bedroom an additional $20.00 fee
applies to the weekly Accommodation Fee.
Residents are responsible
for connecting their telephone lines and for payment of telephone bills.
Note: The two & three bedroom apartment prices are per bedroom.
