Twelve month or Academic year agreement

A $500.00 Holding Fee applies to all apartments when a student wishes to book a room. The Holding Fee becomes part of the Bond. The Bond is refunded to the student upon completion of their Accommodation Agreement and satisfactory inspection of the apartment and room.

For a second person sharing the one bedroom an additional $20.00 fee applies to the weekly Accommodation Fee.
Residents are responsible for connecting their telephone lines and for payment of telephone bills.

Note: The two & three bedroom apartment prices are per bedroom.

Electricity and water are extra. Bond is fully refundable.

All accommodation rates quoted are per bedroom and do not include the cost of linen and cleaning services, unless otherwise stated.
